1. Showroom Handover Ceremony

The primary and standard delivery method for vehicles purchased at Car Hub is a celebratory in-person handover at our Vadodara showroom. Vehicles undergo a complimentary pre-delivery detailing, interior sanitization, and full fluid top-up before key handover.

2. Doorstep Flatbed Delivery

For customers desiring home delivery within our service zone or neighboring districts:

• Local Delivery: Doorstep delivery on a dedicated covered flatbed truck can be arranged upon request.
• Outstation Transport: For inter-state buyers, we coordinate insured automotive carrier transport to your preferred city destination at actual carrier tariff rates.

3. Handover Documentation Checklist

Every vehicle delivery is accompanied by our verified delivery docket, which includes:

• Original or RTO acknowledgement receipt for Registration Certificate (RC).
• Active comprehensive insurance policy copy and endorsement transfer forms.
• OEM vehicle keys (original and duplicate where available).
• Emergency spare tire, jack, tool kit, and hazard warning triangle.
• Signed multi-point inspection certificate and warranty handbook.
