1. Overview of Platform
This website serves as an informational and promotional vehicle catalog for Car Hub. Browsing our inventory or submitting an enquiry does not constitute an automated sale or legally binding purchase contract until formal dealership paperwork, inspection verification, and payment agreements are signed at our showroom.
2. Inventory Availability & Pricing
While we strive to keep vehicle details, odometer readings, and pricing up-to-date in real-time, pre-owned cars are unique single-unit assets. Listed vehicles remain subject to prior sale, showroom booking deposit, or minor price updates based on market valuations.
3. Physical Inspection & Test Drives
Prospective buyers are explicitly encouraged to personally inspect vehicles or engage independent certified mechanics before finalizing a deal. Valid driver's licenses are mandatory prior to taking any vehicle for an on-road test drive.
4. RTO Documentation & Title Transfer
Car Hub facilitates legitimate ownership and RC transfer documentation through designated regional transport offices (RTO). Buyers agree to provide accurate KYC documentation as mandated by law.
